Warranty & After-Sales Support

For electric scooters purchased directly from kukirinmobility.us, KUKIRIN GLOBAL LIMITED provides the limited warranty described below. Keep your order confirmation so we can identify your purchase.

Coverage period

  • Scooter components: 12 months from delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Battery: 6 months from delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of an eligible order from this website. For a product bought from another retailer or marketplace, contact the seller named on that order.

What is covered

If we confirm an eligible defect during the applicable coverage period, our support team will arrange an appropriate solution, such as troubleshooting, a replacement part or a repair. We will explain the next steps and any return or shipping instructions before you send anything.

What is not covered

Normal wear and consumables (including tires and brake pads), accidental damage, crashes, misuse, improper charging or storage, water damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and damage from use outside the product manual or local rules are not covered. The scooter is not waterproof unless its product documentation expressly says otherwise.

How to request service

  1. Email support@kukirinmobility.us with your order number, exact model, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. Include the serial number if available.
  2. Stop using or charging the scooter if the issue could affect safety. Our team may ask for basic checks to identify the cause.
  3. Wait for written instructions. Do not send a scooter or battery to a warehouse or other address without approval.

We usually reply within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. A verified warranty remedy is provided without a product repair or replacement-part charge. We will tell you if the issue is outside warranty before any paid work is arranged.

Returns and your rights
